Pit N Portal has been contracted since Jan 2018 to mine the ore at the King of The Hills gold mine owned by Red5. Techking 35/65R33 ETNT 4 Star tyres were fitted to an Atlas Copco MT6020 underground dump truck and with 4 weeks into the first trial set, the tyres were proved the effect of reducing cost in a tough environment.
The tyre is designed to carry heavy loads, maintain excellent traction under severe work conditions. Thoughtful design of the tyre offers extra sidewall protection, heat release and self-cleaning capabilities between the lugs Tyre monitoring will continue through the life of the trial by Techking engineers and staff.
Techking visited the mine several times to deliver the suitable Giant OTR tyres for cost saving. The customer is running Techking 27.00R49 ET304 and 27.00R49 SUPER ROCK on site. All these giant OTR tyres are running almost same performance as tier one brands. Techking giant OTR tyres have been servicing the customer for more than 10 months, and the customer is happy with the performance.
In November 2019, Techking Technical service team visited a customer in a top cement quarry in Saudi Arabia. The site started using Techking 24.00R35 ETDT tires since 2017 and this is Techking’s 5th technical support. The aim is to present sites survey reports on working condition, give technical and maintenance training, management recommendations to increase fleet operative efficiency for more cost savings.
